"Be Our Guest" (we, us, our) is a design studio that produces bespoke multilingual digital welcome books for boutique hotels, villas, and short-term rentals. Contact us through the form on our homepage.

You may use the site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, and to learn about or engage our services. You must not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, probe or test its security, reverse-engineer it, scrape it at scale, or use it in a manner that violates any applicable law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, without notice and without liability to you.

A quote request submitted through the site is an invitation for us to respond with a proposal. It is not a binding order and does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when a separate written agreement is signed between you and Be Our Guest.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. You must not impersonate anyone, submit on behalf of someone without authority, or provide false or misleading information.

All content on the site, text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and code, is owned by Be Our Guest or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. "Be Our Guest" is our trade name.

You may view and print pages from the site for your personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.

Client deliverables (your digital welcome book) are governed by the separate written agreement that accompanies each engagement.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those sites. Following a third-party link is at your own risk.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or continuously available.

Content on the site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or hospitality advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Be Our Guest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Athens, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights a consumer may have under the law of their country of residence within the EU.
